Foreclosure Pre-Sale Notice
The following are conditions that will apply to all foreclosure sales (pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 45.031):
The successful bidder shall post with the Clerk a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid before the sale is concluded. All payments must be in cash, cashier’s check, or attorney’s trust account check. No personal checks, 2 party checks, or credit/debit cards payments accepted.
In addition to the bid amount, the successful bidder will be required to pay the Clerk’s registry fee at the time of the sale. (The registry fee is 2% of the first $500 and 1% of the remaining balance.) Documentary stamps (.70¢ per $100.00, based on the total bid amount) must be paid within ten days after the sale is concluded in the same manner as listed above.
